Our daughter, Gianna, is someone whose presence and inner glow truly lights up a room. The joy she gets out of simply living life is something to behold. As parents who have watched her grow into the woman she is today, her level of commitment to everything she does, as well as everyone she loves, is a hope that every parent has for their child. Gianna's line of work requires a certain level of patience and understanding that is a special gift that is not possessed by many. She can easily see the beauty and strength in those she meets, and she consistently uses that strength to build confidence in others.
And then, she met Brian. In Brian, she has found the perfect counterpart. He is someone who truly matches her energy and shares her joy for life and all its experiences. Although we did not have the privilege of knowing Brian in his younger years, we can only assume that he was given wonderful examples to follow and learn from. From the moment we were introduced to Brian, what stuck out the most was the level of comfort he provided for our daughter. With him, it was evident that she could be unapologetically herself, and he has since then proven that he truly supports her whole-heartedly. When he asked to marry our daughter, the answer was an absolute yes. We feel so fortunate to have been able to add Brian to our family.
We know that Gianna and Brian will provide wonderful examples for any child lucky enough to call them mom and dad. There is no doubt in our minds that they will make outstanding parents.

It’s hard to put into words just how special Gianna and Brian are, and how certain I am that they would make the most incredible parents.
Gianna’s work with children speaks volumes about her heart — she approaches every interaction with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm, making everyone around her feel seen and cared for. She has a natural warmth that draws people in and an ability to bring joy into even the smallest moments. She truly lights up any room she’s in.
Brian is the kind of person who always puts others first. He’s thoughtful, dependable, and has a quiet strength that makes everyone around him feel supported. He’s the one who steps up when something needs to be done and ensures those around him are happy and cared for. You can always count on him — not just to help, but to do it with a sense of humor and a big heart.
My daughter has always adored them both — from the time she was a baby she’s been completely at ease in their presence and talks about them long after they’ve gone. She especially thinks Gianna is a real-life princess, which perfectly captures the gentle magic Gianna carries with her.
Together, Gianna and Brian balance each other perfectly. They laugh easily, support each other unconditionally, and make everyone around them feel like family. I have no doubt that any child welcomed into their home would grow up surrounded by love, laughter, stability, and joy.

Gianna has always been the big sister who leads by example — strong, confident, and full of heart. Recently, Gianna created a full bachelorette website for my wedding — complete with polls, schedules, and thoughtful details to make sure everything was covered. It showed how engaged she’ll be in kids’ activities, school projects, and all the moments that matter. A PTA Mom in the best way.
And Brian — he’s the guy who jumps right into beach games, leads family game nights with laughter and sportsmanship (with a healthy amount of competition), and goes out of his way to make memories with the people he loves. Any child would be lucky to have a dad who is present, playful, and involved the way he is.
Together, Gianna and Brian will be the kind of parents who show up and make life magical. They will lead with love, set an incredible example, and create a home filled with support, joy, and opportunity.
